Hello, I'm Veronika — originally from Tallinn, shaped by experiences across Europe. I've always been drawn to projects that challenge me to grow and create something meaningful.

As an international dance instructor, I've organized and delivered workshops across the UK, Finland, Latvia, and beyond. Managing logistics, coordinating with partners in different countries, and adapting to diverse audiences taught me how to plan, execute, and communicate effectively — no matter the setting.

My background in physiotherapy gave me a strong foundation in empathy-driven work. Caring for patients — including children as young as 2 months — required patience, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. These are skills I carry into every professional environment.

I co-founded V&A Dancewear, taking it from idea to market. From product design and supplier coordination to social media strategy and customer engagement, I experienced every side of building a brand from scratch.

Whether it's developing digital strategies, managing projects, or building relationships across cultures, my approach always starts with listening and taking ownership. I'm energized by environments where initiative matters and where I can contribute from day one.
